概要 |
今世紀になり、アジア・オセアニア諸国との国際連携を基盤とした、太陽地球系科学を含む宇宙惑星系科学の探査・観測計画の立案・推進において、急 激な変化・深化が起こりつつある。即ちこれは、これまでの日米・日欧の国際協同のみに留まらない新しい国際連携の枠組みが、SGEPSS関連分野において も着実に構築・強化されている事を意味する。この事は、例えばこれまでの地上ネットワーク観測における着実な国際研究の進展に加え、コミュニティーミッ ションとしての主軸探査衛星計画、及び、新興著しい超小型衛星計画における多種多様なアジア・オセアニア協同が結実しつつある事実からも広く認識されると ころである。本セッションでは、地上観測・衛星観測、それに関わるデータ解析・モデリングのそれぞれの視点、あるいはそれらを統合する研究体制の観点か ら、アジア・オセアニア国際連携の状況・研究成果を再確認し、将来の更なる方向性・発展性に関して具体的な提案・意見を展開する事で、宇宙惑星系科学分野 に新機軸の研究計画・手法をもたらす端緒としたい。 |

Summary |
In this century, drastic changes and progress on the basis of the international collaborations in the Asian and Oceanian countries have been made in planning and promotion of the exploration/observation missions in the space-planetary sciences including the solar-terrestrial sciences. In other words, new types of frameworks for international alliance beyond the Japan-US or Japan-EU collaborations have substantially been constructed and enhanced also in our SGEPSS community research fields. These research streams are prevailingly found, for instance, in a variety of fruitful international collaborations in Asia and Oceania for milestone missions of space explorations and newly-developing micro-satellite missions as well as the existing ground-based network observations. In this session, we would have opportunities to reconfirm the current status on and achievements by the Asia-Oceania international collaborations, and like to make new research directions and further developments through concrete proposals and opinions on future missions and methodologies from the viewpoints of ground-based observations, in-situ measurements, the related data analyses and modeling, and the totally integrated research organization. |
